Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data MULTIBOOM (“we”) collects through this website, why, and how long we keep it. We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

When you fill in the booking request, you give us:

  • your first and last name
  • your phone number
  • the type of party, script or theme
  • the venue
  • the child’s gender, the children’s age group and the birthday child’s age
  • the preferred date, time and duration of the party

When you send a request we also store the request date and technical data (a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type) needed to protect the form against spam and abuse. We never ask for or store payment card details.

Why we use it

  • to contact you, clarify the party details and confirm the date
  • to prepare a programme and a quote
  • to organise and deliver the booking
  • to improve the website and our services (aggregated statistics)

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who receives it

Requests are available only to MULTIBOOM managers. A notification about each request is sent to our staff email and to a private Viber channel. The website runs on a hosting provider’s server, which stores the data on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to collect aggregated visit statistics and advertising performance data. These services may store cookies in your browser. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings and the website will keep working. The map and videos load from Google and YouTube only when you open them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for no longer than 24 months after the event and then delete it, unless the law requires a different period. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 10 working days.
